I am looking for a website that is easy to use and a good price. I want it to be set up will all the features and I would just plug the pictures into it. First you'll wanna make the actuall .swf (The type of file flash makes).

Next, you'll wanna publish the swf to a site. I reccommend spamtheweb.com (not malicous, just sounds that way). It will give you three different options once your swf is uploaded.





Now you have a choice. You can either use the page SpamTheWeb gives you, or you can follow their html instructions to post it on your site.
