How do i create a video in macromedia flash 8?

I have exported the flash and tryed a few other things but the flash want work on a website when it is published :(





Also does anyone know how to upload a flash video onto a website like 'myspace'? As its doesnt have the correct file extension. Do i have to convert the video into a different format?
