How do I make a fighting stickgure in Macromedia Flash?

I want the stickfigure to fight me like the one in animator vs animation .How do I make a fighting stickgure in Macromedia Flash?
To make an at all lengthy animation like the one in Animator VS Animation, it will take quite a bit of work.





You'll need to draw the stick figure, and either edit it frame-by-frame or use tweens to animate him.
