I keep getting an annoying message says Macromedia media cant be found?

My task manager says nothing is running but this message will pop up every 30 min or so if my comp is idle, WHY?

Buy a good anti virus/spyware.
Right click on the icon that appers in the task bar..Say exit.....Hope this will solve the problem...
