Do you want to finish off in Flash? If so, then you would be better off just recording the audio in iMovie. Then taking that into Flash and linking the audio in there. If you go out to iMovie with the Flash video it becomes a lengthy process.
First you would take the .FLV and covert it using I dunno something like Episode. Then take the file you make (some .MOV) into iMovie. Do whatever editing you need or want to. Then you have to re-encode a .FLV file from that .MOV file (using something like Adobe's Media Encoder).
