How can I get better at animating with Macromedia Flash?

I'm sort of a beginner with animating via Macromedia Flash 9, so do you guys have any tips?How can I get better at animating with Macromedia Flash?
I would recommend learning from a book.





Go to a bookstore with a well-stocked computer section and browse their Flash volumes. Look for one that you think you can follow and is written specifically for beginners or foundation level.





Also, you may want to look for one that describes how to animate using Actionscript because this is a very powerful animation tool as well.How can I get better at animating with Macromedia Flash?
Go to youtube and do a search theres lots of free vids also search in google yahoo ect.......
