Here are specs for Flash Professional 8: http://www.amazon.com/Macromedia-Flash-P鈥?/a>

Pro 8 does not support Vista, but you can call Adobe to see if it will run. Sometimes you can download a patch to get it to work on a newer operating system.

There is a new version out now called Flash Professional CS4, which does support Vista and the specs for it are here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/syst鈥?/a>

Macromedia was bought out by Adobe in 2005, so all future purchases of this product will be done through Adobe. You can upgrade for $199 if you have the serial number from Pro 8.
