I am trying to get an image to tween into another image (or morph if you prefer) but i can't figure out how, I would also like to know how to fade in text for future reference because I cannot get it to work no matter what i do.How do I tween and fade in in macromedia flash MX 2004?

Are you making the button into a roll-over button? Meaning when the mouse cursor hits the button, the user see's a visual change in the button letting them know it's an active link... Save the Button file as button.jpg (for example), save another one with an oragne tint, name it button_down.jpg using div_tags or tables with out a border, select in Dreamweaver

How To Converts A Macromedia swf file into a macromedia fla file in flash?
I was making an animation when macromedia flash stopped responding so i had to close the program, i did not save my work so everything was lost. I managed to recover the .swf version of the file which is the video of the animation, but i was not able to get the .fla file back which is the flash document. I think the Flash Player for Firefox is different than for IE, I re-installed it when I started using Firefox.

As in flash macromedia? The limit is that the animation will look very cheap and bland because flash is limited to what you can draw. You could try and make the fireworks look nice but it'll take hours. If you want some cheap looking firework for a school project presentation then go for it, use flash.

hmm make sure you are using RGB color settings in Illustrator- if you use CMYK those are printer settings and the colors will be a little different. Otherwise.... I don't know? I've never had that problem but it does sound inconvenient!

You have to add Actionscript code to your buttons. The code is different depending on whether you are using AS2 or AS3.
for AS2, it's very simple. Open the FLA file in the Flash authoring environment and click the button you want to add code to. Make sure it says Actions - Button in the top title area of the Actions panel and then add your code.

Can I delete empty macromedia flash player folders on OS X?
I did a search for empty folders on my MacBook and found thousands of empty folders in User/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flas鈥?Player/#SharedObjects. If is running 10.4.11. Although they are not taking up any appreciable amount of space they do add to the number of folders the OS has to track, so can they be deleted without causing trouble?Can I delete empty macromedia flash player folders on OS X?
The folders are similar to cookies in a Web browser. You can safely trash them, but they take up no space, so you don't gain anything.
Also, they don't contain any hidden (invisible';) files. To see this for yourself, trash all of the folders. Go to the link below. It shows a Flash movie (actually just a one frame movie) that displays the version of Flash Player on your Mac. It also places a new folder in the #SharedObjects folder. Open Terminal. Without the '; '; marks, type:

You better not delete them because they might be related to some program or the other and could also contain hidden or encrypted files.
The folders are similar to cookies in a Web browser. You can safely trash them, but they take up no space, so you don't gain anything.
Also, they don't contain any hidden (invisible';) files. To see this for yourself, trash all of the folders. Go to the link below. It shows a Flash movie (actually just a one frame movie) that displays the version of Flash Player on your Mac. It also places a new folder in the #SharedObjects folder. Open Terminal. Without the '; '; marks, type:
';cd library/preferences/macromedia/flash\ player/#SharedObjects';
(Note that there is a space after ';cd'; and after ';flash\ ';)
Press ';return';.
Type ';ls'; (a UNIX list command)
Press return. (You should see the name of the new shared objects folder that was created by viewing the online movie.)
